Home Health Aide
Home Health Aides work together with the nurse or the physician in bringing quality care to clients at home. Our home health aide staff can be tasked with:
- Coordinate Transportation to Medical Appointments
- Assist with toileting (use of bedpan, commode or toilet)
- Vital Signs Monitoring
- Bathing or Shower Assistance
- Feeding Assistance
- Meal Preparation and Clean-Up after Meals
- Transfer Assistance and Mobility Support
- Assisting the Client with Errands
- Companionship
- Arrange Transportation to Family Gatherings and Social Functions
- General Safety Supervision
