At Commcentrix Home Care Services, Inc. we will assist people of all ages who are transitioning from hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation facility / center to their own homes. We assist with new born, post-surgical care, senior citizens and people with special needs.
It is our firm belief that each person deserves unique care and our staff / caregivers are trained employees who are available for such unique care requirements.
Our services are available as long as you need it. Commcentrix Home Care Services, Inc. does not require long-term contracts.
